I started working with a trainer when I was 15 and fitness has been my passion since. I'm a firm believer that there are no shortcuts, gimmick workouts, or fad diets that are going to produce long term results. With so much conflicting and confusing information about fitness and nutrition, I try and make it as simple as possible for my clients. I look at every new client as an opportunity and challenge to create the most efficient program to get results as fast as possible, while putting safety first.
