Tyler is an awesome trainer... he helped me get in the best shape of my life through private training for a few months. He knows women bodies vs mens bodies and can tailor a program to help you achieve your goals. I loved his help with the nutrition as well. We did lots of boxing and indoor/outdoor workouts. Changing it up kept me into it and provided the best results for my body. Its very motivating when you have someone to hold you accountable every week. If you need to shred, this is the guy!

Meeting Tyler is the best thing that could have happened to me. I moved to LA not knowing anyone but met Tyler at a gym and he quickly became my friend and trainer. He knows how to individualize workouts to meet the needs of his clients. I was in the best shape of my life while I was his client. Over the course of two years I lost close to 100lbs. He taught me life long lessons about heath and fitness. He is a phenomenal trainer and person he truly cares about his clients and does his best to be there for them in all aspects. I will be forever grateful for my time spent as his client, if I hadn't had to move I'd still be training with him today!

Whether you are new to fitness or have been training for years Tyler will help you reach your goals.  I have been working out for years but recently gained weight and needed some motivation.  Tyler not only has helped me reach my weight goals but he's also helped me become stronger and healthier.  His guidance doesn't end after your session, he is genuinely interested in his clients.  Tyler would send me texts during the week making sure I'm logging my food into an app.  This really helped me stay on track and accountable.  It isn't about eating less but making healthier choices.

My sessions with Tyler are something I look forward to.  I actually think of my training with him as a reward to myself.  He pushes you without yelling, he knows what you are capable of and inspires you to work hard.

Training with Tyler has been an eye opener for me. I realized that at 45 years of age I could still have the best body and be the healthiest I have ever been in my life. I have always been a runner but I've never been comfortable with weights or strength training. Tyler's approach is fun, challenging and effective. Incredibly knowledgeable but never too clinical. He's fun and encouraging and I always look forward to each session, something that was not always the case with other trainers I've had.
